Account Director, Sales

Quikly is seeking a farmer who can successfully hunt.  Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated Account Director with the proven ability to:

  1. Pursue, qualify and close new business opportunities
  2. Develop long term, highly satisfied client relationships
  3. Be accountable to deliver against a sales/revenue target

A strong understanding of digital marketing is critical. Additional characteristics and responsibilities include:  

  • A natural curiosity to discuss and understand a client’s business by using a consultative approach
  • Demonstrate an understanding of client industries from previous experience, and conduct relevant conversations using appropriate marketing and digital terminology
  • The ability to solve a client’s marketing challenges with Quikly’s flexible platform of services and solutions - and to provide ongoing campaign recommendations for maximum results
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze data to create and convey a story about campaign performance
  • Connect with all levels of client organizations, ask for introductions, and present to senior management across a wide range of markets
  • Possess and utilize superb client management, expectation management, negotiation, consultative selling and conflict resolution skills
  • Develop - in partnership with Quikly sales leadership - a sales plan to meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Scope out client campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to a successful launch
  • Work - in conjunction with our prospecting team - to develop a strategy to break into new clients, determine their marketing needs and provide solution recommendations
  • A strong desire to roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun and be a part of a dynamic growing organization!
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital agency sales
